1. No Returns on Customized Orders
All custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoice
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process
